- 2 links Diluigi® Chinese Sausage
- 4 oz. heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ½ pound fresh spinach, chopped
- Ground pepper
- 4 oz. spaghetti

Bring salted water to boil
While the pasta water is coming to a boil, pan fry sausage according to package directions. After cooked through, toss in chopped up spinach and cook until wilted.
Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces. Set sausage and spinach aside. Save pan and drippings.
Cook pasta according to package.
Reheat sausage pan to medium heat. Add cream and parmesan, simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add sausage and spinach to pan and toss to coat. Add pasta, toss to coat again. Season with black pepper as needed.
